Shipping Method/Information
Orders are normally processed within 48
working hours of receipt and are normally shipped within 5 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Interlink.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes and we apologise for any
inconvenience.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will start to be processed on the next business day.
Orders will usually arrive next working day
after despatch.
This shipping timetable is only an estimate and
is made in good faith but is not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Some products on promotion may include free
shipping.
Mainland UK is a
standard £19.99 shipping cost.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction.
However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as adverse weather
conditions and delivery service mishandling and other ‘in transit’ errors. In
order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information
submitted before processing orders.
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are
subject to a (£10 GB Pounds) non-refundable correction fee.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will
be charged a (£35 GB Pounds) restocking fee.
Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in
order to reship your package.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held
"open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
Proof Of Delivery
The person receiving the goods must sign as proof
of delivery of the consignment. Any computerised record of the receivers
signature obtained will be evidence of the delivery of the quantity of parcels
within the consignment. If you are unable to check the contents as received in
good condition it is essential you sign ‘UNCHECKED’ in order to facilitate any claims for
transit damages.
Cancellations
You may
cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or
is not awaiting shipment.
Where the contract of sale is governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, there is a right to cancel up to seven days from receipt. The Customer is obliged to inform in writing of the return of goods under this provision and is also responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Returns must be either in original packaging or other suitable equivalent packaging to ensure safe return transit and should be received undamaged in order to receive a refund. Please do not ship anything back to us without contacting us first. A returns number is used so that goods can be identified on receipt, this number can be obtained by calling our customer services team.
Returns and Warranty.
All of our Golf Trolleys are protected by a standard 12 month Warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your item is defective and within warranty you may
contact one of our customer service representatives in order to obtain
further instructions. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship replacement
parts free of charge. A proof of purchase and a brief statement indicating the
defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will
verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and
tear the customer may incur repair charges and be responsible for the return
shipping cost.
Damage Policy
If you
receive a damaged product, you must contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days)
receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make
arrangements to replace your damaged product.
Returned Products
Items returned for refund under terms of Distance
Selling regulations must be notified in writing within 7 days.
Ensure all goods returned are clearly marked on the outside of the packaging
with the customer services number (supplied by Greentronic Ltd.
customer service and support staff) otherwise your returned goods may not be identifiable. If
goods are to be sent back to us, you are obliged to ensure they are adequately
packed for return transit. If you arrange to return goods yourself, you are
responsible for the goods whilst in transit to us. Returned items must be 100%
complete, contain all manuals
and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for
shipping charges on non defective returned items. We strongly recommend that you
fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a
carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If products are returned to us outside the provisions of the consumer protection distance selling act 2000 and not found defective they are
subject to a 30% restocking fee.
